Before the Fall session and class registration week begins, we will have required individual New Member meetings for potential new members. All meetings will be held on July 25th. After the close of signups (which closes July 18th), we will send out a Sign Up Genius link to all attendees, for potential new members to select a time slot.

This meeting is a critical part of your orientation to our co-op. We cover how our Group works and expectations of each family. This meeting will help us get to know each other and introduce you to our group, to know if the group will be a good fit for your family or not, prior to registering and paying for classes. We also go over the process of class registration.
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend; however, no childcare is provided.
After attending, if you are interested in joining you will be sent a link to register as a new family and to pay the session fee . Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend, or miss your scheduled meeting time, you will not be able to attend the upcoming session. (There will be another New Member Meeting prior to registration for the next session, in case the upcoming session's meeting date doesn't work for you.) Please note, membership into Learning Tree for the upcoming session is not guaranteed by attending, although the goal is to be able to extend membership to all who attend this meeeting. We will not know how many new member spots will be availble until all returning members will have committed and paid their session fee.

New Member meeting registration closes at 8pm July 18th. We will then send out a Sign Up Genius link to all attendees, to select a time slot. Meetings will be held in person.
